With this, Sprint, Verizon, and Alltel phones can now be used on the MetroFlash flat-rate wireless service for a $40 a-month fee. CDMA mobile phones (which tested by MetroPCS) can be “flashed” by MetroPCS to work on their CDMA network. Of course, the service is limited to CDMA handsets, as GSM handsets, like the iPhone, work on a completely different communications standard. New Motorola 3G on FCC

New Motorola 3G on FCCNew Motorola 3G on FCC. Following on the previous post, Motorola MotoZINE ZN5 Now Official, A new Motorola’s handset has been recently spotted on FCC. The mobile phone is a candybar (monoblock) handset with a 3G radio. It comes with a camera, Bluetooth, and was only tested for GSM / EDGE 1900. Yeah, This Motorola handset doesn’t do anything for us, but if only the 3G is in their upcoming ZN5 model, we’ll be happy.
