MSI Android tablet with Nvidia Tegra + 10-inch screen ready to be iPad alternative !
Micro-Star International (MSI) plans to release its 10.1 inch tablet PC in H2 2010, competing with the Apple iPad tablet. The price of the MSI Tegra-based tablet PC is the same as the cheapest Apple iPad (USD 500). The touchscreen display is effectively the same size (Apple iPad has 9.7-inch capacitive screen, and 10-inch for the MSI). If you like the iPad, but don’t like the iPhone OS, this could be good news for you: the MSI tablet runs Android!

MSI tablet has an NVIDIA Tegra 2 chip inside (nVidia Tegra 250 Dual-core ARM Cortex A9 Mobile Processor). In addition, MSI will launch different models based on market demand, that means there is a strong probability of an even cheaper model being available too, which is good for consumers.

In case you need a smaller tablet with a 5-inch screen, From previous report we know that Dell Mini 5 Android Tablet will be ready in "in a few months".

When I heard about the i-Pad I immediately wanted it. I stumbled on the HP "Slate" an thought it was a better choice because of flash and I/O options and camera. However the smaller screen and Windows 7 as the OS makes me skeptical. If this product would be capable of 3g I will buy one ASAP
