Metacritic has launched a new free app for iPhone and iPod Touch called the 'Movie Finder' that makes it easier than ever to find the movies you’ll love. Interestingly, the app also lets you find theaters and show times in your area or just about anywhere. By entering in your zip code, or using augmented reality, you are able to locate theaters close to your current location and display the next movie showtimes (requires an iPhone 4 or iPhone 3GS with location services enabled).
According to the official description on Apple's App Store,
Movie Finder by Metacritic is the only app you need when you want to catch a flick. Search today’s top films based on our critic-powered Metascores, find a theater, then invite friends and share movie details directly from the app.
Movie Finder by Metacritic is available for download FREE on the App Store in the Entertainment category.
