Snow Patrol Interactive Album via AppStore. According to Music Week, Snow Patrol will be releasing an “interactive album,” complete with music, videos through an iPhone application. It will also enable fans to access a raft of extra content including artwork, behind-the-scenes images and lyrics via the touch screen of their Apple iPhones and iPod Touchs. Entitled A Hundred Million Suns, the new album is Snow Patrol’s third for Fiction/Polydor, which has sold 3.7m copies of the band’s past two studio albums in the UK alone.

PlayNow Arena by Sony Ericsson. ‘PlayNow Arena’ portal for mobile music and gaming will be launched by Sony Ericsson in Europe. The service will include 1mn tracks from Sony BMG, Warner, and EMI. The service will first be rolled out in the Nordic countries.
All tracks will be DRM free, or without digital rights management, meaning users can move the files around between devices and convert them an unlimited number of times. The site will expand to other European countries later this year and be global in 2009, ultimately selling five million tracks.

White Motorola S9-HD. Motorola headphone, S9-HD, has been spotted in white with blue accents as opposed to the original black model shown at CES. The specification is apparently identical to the previous one, except for the new color. Motorola S9-HD features SRS WOW HD software to help improve 3-D sound perception, and ear buds for noise isolation. It works with any brand of compatible Bluetooth-enabled phone or music device that supports Advanced Audio Distribution Profile (A2DP) and Audio Video Remote Control Profile (AVRCP).

Nokia 5610 XpressMusic features a 3.2 megapixel autofocus camera with a dual-LED flash, quad-band (850/900/1800/1900Mhz) GSM radio, a 2.5mm headphone jack, Bluetooth 2.0 with A2DP, external music controls, and a microSD card slot. There’s also support for T-Mobile’s myFaves service.

Vodafone Music in UK. Vodafone has just launched music download store for the UK market. It will allow users to preview a 30 second clip before opting to purchase. Singles will retail at £0.99 per download, amd Albums will sell for 7.99 pounds. As to what will happen with MusicStation, it is somewhat different, Currently users pay 1.99 pounds per week and can download an unlimited number of songs.
