Spore Origins for Nokia N-Gage. Good news for Ngage users, after Spore Origins Mobile Game for iPhone, Recently, EA Mobile announced that Spore Origins will be coming soon on Nokia’s N-Gage platform.
The game takes full advantage of the NGage functionality whilst allowing players to manouvere their way through a world made of primordial ooze. Spore™ Origins will sit alongside other EA titles already launched on N-Gage, such as Tetris®, The Sims 2™ Pets and EA SPORTS™ FIFA 08.

Resident Evil Degeneration for Mobile Game Nokia N-Gage. Nokia and Capcom announced that Resident Evil Degeneration will be released on N-Gage later this year. With gameplay optimized for N-Gage, including two separate play modes, plus multiple mission types and 3D quality graphics, Resident Evil Degeneration is a cutting edge title that illustrates the unique capabilities of the N-Gage platform.
The game, part-based on the upcoming October theatrical release in Japan full-length CG motion picture of the same name, focuses on the release of a deadly virus by a terrorist at a US airport and follows series favourites Leon Kennedy and Claire Redfield, as they attempt to destroy the virus and prevent it from being dispersed across the country. Resident Evil Degeneration is the first full-length CG motion picture from the Resident Evil series, widely considered to be the benchmark of the survival horror video game genre.

Nokia announced that it is expanding its device range which enables Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync to all Nokia S60 3rd Edition devices. 43 Nokia devices will now feature the Mail for Exchange mobile email application, making Nokia’s device range the largest ever to enable the solution chosen by more businesses than any other messaging solution. Nokia also announced today that Mail for Exchange will be available out-of-the-box in future releases of Nokia Eseries and Nokia Nseries devices. Nokia N96 + BBC iPlayer. BBC have announced iPlayer support for Nokia N96. Nokia N96 users will be the first with the ability to both to download and stream programmes from the service. Interestingly, it will be able to use both 3G and WiFi. The BBC iPlayer application is also available to download via bbc.co.uk/mobile.

New Firmware Update for Nokia N95. This new update optimizes the popular N-series handset’s performance and improves the overall stability. V30.0.015 is available now on NSU for some product codes- and that’s the classic N95-1 only. N95 8GB users can expect a v30.0.018 update available shortly on NSU- for now, a trip to your local Nokia Service Center should square you away with the update.

Nokia N96 reviewed. The successor to the popular Nokia N95 handset, Nokia N96, has recently been reviewed by the folks behind AllAboutSymbian, They say its screen looks excellent and the colours are more vibrant and saturated than Nokia E90, which looks a bit washed out in comparison. And, as expected from the Carl Zeiss optics used in the Nokia N96’s camera, it loads quicker than the E90. The 5 megapixels stills look great, with good fine details and contrast. Nokia N96 starts shipping. Nokia announced the availability of the much anticipated Nokia N96, its flagship multimedia computer in the iconic Nokia Nseries range. It boasts live TV, 5 megapixel camera with Carl Zeiss optics, turn-by-turn voice navigation, 16GB of internal memory that can be increased to 24GB with an optional microSD card, superior sound and music, N-Gage gaming and a stunning 2.8″ display. First shipments of the Nokia N96 have started and it will be available with an estimated retail price of EUR 550 before taxes and subsidies.
