Asus ZX1 Lamborghini Windows Mobile smartphone has been officially canceled by Asus along with both the upcoming P560 and M536, all will not be launched either. Nevertheless, Asus assured us it is not exiting the PDA-phone business and that it is targeting to launch a new device in this category come September.

Sony Ericsson Xperia X1 for Three in November? A new rumor about the most anticipated Windows Mobile smartphone, XPERIA X1. Hutchinson’s Three will launch Sony Ericsson Xperia X1 in November with plans that start from 30 GBP a month. XPERIA X1 is a multimedia smartphone that features a 3-inch stylus-based WVGA touchscreen, slide-out QWERTY keyboard, 3G with HSDPA and Wi-Fi.

RoverPC P7 PDA Smartphone. A new smartphone has been released by RoverPC, the P7 model. It’s the successor of the earlier P6 model. RoverPC P7 runs the latest version of Windows Mobile (6.1) and gets all its power from Marvell’s PCA270 416MHz CPU. The mobile phone has 2.8-inch QVGA touchscreen, Bluetooth 2.0, tri-band GSM/GPRS + EDGE radio (900/1800/1900 MHz), and a 2 megapixel camera.
RoverPC P7 PDA Smartphone has WiFi connectivity, but Unfortunately it lacks 3G support. The all-touchscreen device measures 112×61×13.8 mm and has a weight of 95 grams. No word on pricing yet. Stay tuned.
