The $2 plan adds unlimited text and picture messaging, and the $3 plan adds unlimited U.S. long distance, international texting, mobile Web and directory assistance.
PAYgo will be available in the Cincinnati/Dayton, Savannah/Hilton Head and Houston markets first, with others to follow.
