Dell Mini 3iX passes the FCC with WiFi and 3G support on the 850Mhz and 1900Mhz frequencies used by AT&T. The Dell’s Android phone will feature a 3.5-inch touchscreen, 3-megapixel camera, GPS, 3G data and a microSD card slot.
