Helio Ocean 2 on FCC. Following the previous Helio Ocean 2 spotted in the wild, the mobile phone has recently been spotted again on FCC. We also already heard the previous report that the Helio Ocean II is going to be in early 2009. The device is expected to boast a 2 megapixel camera, 3G over EVDO, a full slide-out QWERTY keyboard and standard slider number pad. Images follow after the jump.
