Huawei May Sell a Stake Abroad? According to The Wall Street Journal, Huawei is considering selling a large portion–possibly even a majority–of its handset business to a foreign investor. The Chinese maker of telecommunications equipment said it will use the investment to help it enter the North American market and become a supplier of handsets to North American wireless network operators. The sale, which could total in the billions of dollars, is in the earliest stages of discussions. Stay tuned.
