T-Mobile SMS Text Messaging Rates to be increased. T-Mobile will bump text messaging rates up from $0.15 cents to $0.20 cents. It seems this pricing increase will not hit customers who opted for unlimited texting plans, but unfortunately the price will hurt ‘pay-per-message’ customers and may give them an out, it will go in effect on August 29.
