Following on the last report, Alltel Treo 755p ROM update, According to TreoCentral, there will be firmware updates for the Palm Treo 700wx, Sprint Centro, and the Verizon Treo 755p this spring and summer.

+ Palm Treo 700wx will get the Windows Mobile 6 Professional update. The upgrade will be available on Palm’s support website for Treo 700wx owners only (Treo 700w won’t work). Once the update is installed, customers will not be able to revert back to Windows Mobile 5.0. It will not work on the Verizon Treo 700w.
