You can also buy it for $279.95 with shorter two-year contracts, $429.95 for 1-year contract, and $479.95 sans any contracts. Rogers BlackBerry Bold on July 25th. As a follow-up to the previous Rogers BlackBerry Bold 9000 Launch Invitation, we’ve recently heard that BlackBerry Bold will be hitting Rogers Wireless on July 25th. If this is true, Canadians will be the first to get their hands on the smartphone ahead of the United States, AT&T BlackBerry Bold will be the second. No word on official pricing yet, or whether this release date will even be true. Stay tuned.

Fido Canada to offer Apple iPhone 3G on July 11. Following iPhone 3G for Rogers Canada on July 11th, Fido announced it will also offer the Apple iPhone 3G to Canadians when the device launches on July 11. The carrier says that iPhone 3G will be available to Fido customers at $199 for the 8Gb model and $299 for the 16Gb model on a three-year price plan.
