The four year agreement was sealed in January 2008 and the “Maria Sharapova Design Collection” is the first design collaboration campaign to be announced. Vodafone UK extending its HSPA Mobile Broadband coverage. Vodafone UK is extending it’s HSPA coverage for mobile broadband to 6 new cities - Birmingham, Bristol, Glasgow, Liverpool, Manchester and Reading. The extension is due to be completed by the autumn. Vodafone’s fast mobile broadband uses HSDPA (high speed downlink packet access) technology - sometimes referred to as 3.5G - to offer a theoretical maximum download speed of 7.2Mbps. Right now, HSPA is only available in London and major UK airports, so it’s a big step forward in the always-tricky coverage equation.
