Verizon Wireless and Palm announced that the Palm Centro smartphone will be available online on Verizon beginning June 13. RoverPC P7 PDA Smartphone. A new smartphone has been released by RoverPC, the P7 model. It’s the successor of the earlier P6 model. RoverPC P7 runs the latest version of Windows Mobile (6.1) and gets all its power from Marvell’s PCA270 416MHz CPU. The mobile phone has 2.8-inch QVGA touchscreen, Bluetooth 2.0, tri-band GSM/GPRS + EDGE radio (900/1800/1900 MHz), and a 2 megapixel camera.
RoverPC P7 PDA Smartphone has WiFi connectivity, but Unfortunately it lacks 3G support. The all-touchscreen device measures 112×61×13.8 mm and has a weight of 95 grams. No word on pricing yet. Stay tuned.

Samsung L870 - Soul Smartphone? We’ve spotted 6 New Samsung Cell Phones Leaked (U800, i900, L870, M620, B510, and B300), one of them was L870, Now, there’s news from Mobile.cz about the handset, Samsung L870 should be launched next month, during Communic Asia on June 17th in Singapore.

Samsung Glyde available on Verizon. We’ve heard Samsung U940 Glyde from Verizon on May 9, so it’s not just BlackBery Curve 8330 which launched ahead of schedule, Samsung Glyde too! Samsung Glyde on Verizon comes with a 2 megapixel camera with digital zoom, GPS, stereo Bluetooth, large 240×440 pixels screen, microSD memory card slot. Supported services include V CAST Music and Video, and also VZ Navigator.
Verizon Samsung Glyde costs $249 after a $50 rebate and with a two-year contract.

LG Prada II Leaked Specifications. According to the leaked press release, LG Prada 2 will be even more focused on the overall design/user experience. Samsung D780 DuoS (dual-SIM cards). We’ve heard Samsung P240 DuoS dual-SIM and WinMo 6.1 DuoS which is for low-end market from the last post. Recently Samsung wants to hit the mid-range of with the Samsung D780 DuoS, a 300 EUR mid-ranger to handle the dual SIM card duties in a monoblock/candybar form-factor.
Samsung D780 sports a 2 megapixel camera, 2.1-inch QVGA display, tri-band (900/1800/1900Mhz) GSM/EDGE radio, FM radio, and microSD card slot in a 15.7mm thick package. Interestingly, the Samsung D780 looks just like and sports the same feature-set as the Samsung P240 that Samsung’s Russian head Yoonsoo Kim showed off last month.
