HTC Touch Pro aka Raphael on FCC. HTC Touch Pro Raphael has been spotted on the FCC. This QWERTY-enabled smartphone basically adds a slide-out QWERTY keyboard to the HTC Touch Diamond’s sleek profile. Unfortunately, as this HTC Touch Pro is European variant, it has not US-friendly 3G frequency support. Nevertheless, we already had that Official HTC Touch Diamond Firmware - 850Mhz radio ROM (that’s good in the U.S.), it seems that HTC have given HTC Touch Pro the same quad-band treatment.

Following on previous post, HTC Touch Pro (aka Raphael) now Official, It’s great to hear a keyboard review for HTC Touch Pro (codename: Raphael) especially for you who’re interested in buying this handset, The folks behind MobileBurn got their lucky hands on the QWERTY keyboard-toting Windows Mobile 6.1 superphones. According to them, The keys on the Touch Pro are certainly smaller than those found on devices like HTC’s Wing for T-Mobile or its Tilt for AT&T, but they are still very usable - much more so than those found on Sony Ericsson’s upcoming Xperia X1. They have a very good feel to them and are easy to find by touch even though they are all snugly lined up right next to each other. They didn’t get to see the TouchFLO 3D user interface running on the Touch Pro (HTC’s keeping a few things under wraps just yet). Wow, we can’t wait for the OS review. HTC Touch Pro (aka Raphael) to be launched by O2 Germany under its XDA lineup of smartphones. As a follow-up to the previous post (HTC Touch Pro (aka Raphael) now Official), There’s news said that O2 Germany will launch its version of the HTC Touch Pro (Raphael) under the Xda brand (the name isn’t unveiled yet) later this summer as well. The “O2’s Raphael” which is powered by a Qualcomm MSM 7201A CPU at 528 MHz will feature Windows Mobile 6.1, a 3.2 megapixel autofocus camera and on the front, the VGA camera for video telephony. HTC Touch Pro (aka Raphael) now Official. HTC Raphael was officially announced as HTC Touch Pro. This super-phone sports a full slide-out QWERTY keyboard, it runs Windows Mobile 6.1 featuring HTC’s TouchFLO 3D interface, and it’s powered by Qualcomm’s MSM7201A 528 MHz CPU. The smartphone also features a 3.2 megapixel camera, Bluetooth, microSD memory expansion slot, 288 MB of RAM coupled with 512MB of ROM, 2.8-inch VGA screen, including HSDPA, GPS, WiFi. It’s much thicker than HTC Touch Diamond. The 18.05mm thick device weighs 165 grams. HTC Diamond, Raphael with TouchScreen, VGA for Sprint. There’s a rumor said that HTC will bring the HTC Diamond and HTC Raphael to Sprint’s network later this year. Interestingly, both the HTC Diamond and HTC Raphael will come with a 3 megapixel camera, WiFi, and VGA Touchscreen displays.
