The X-Factor 2008 Mobile Game by Namco Mobile. Namco Bandai Networks Europe has recently announced the launch of ‘The X Factor 2008 - The Mobile Game’. This game features an “interactive role-play based experience”. You create a performer, and play a bunch of minigames including choreography, singing, “fan meeting”, “fashion dash” and “groove”. You then fight to win the competition and get a number one single. Fully customisable avatars, you choose the look for your character as you guide them through the challenges ahead. Dell Mini 9 to be offered by Vodafone. Dell has signed a deal with Vodafone to start selling its Mini 9 laptops with integrated mobile broadband, just a day after launching the netbook.
The XP-loaded Mini 9 costs £299 and features an 8.9in screen, 1.6GHz Atom processor, 1GB of RAM and 16GB solid state drive. There’s also integrated Bluetooth, 1.3 megapixel webcam and 802.11b/g wireless. An Ubuntu version is on its way for £269.

Option HSPA ExpressCard for Vodafone. A new wireless broadband ExpressCard exclusively developed for Vodafone has been launched by Option. It’s designed to achieve peak HSDPA download speeds of 7.2 Mbps with HSUPA uploads at up to 5.76 Mbps. First shipments have been delivered to Elisa, the Vodafone partner network in Finland and the world’s first commercial 3G HSPA 900 MHz operator. The ExpressCard also supports HSPA in the 900 MHz band that’s popular among mobile operators especially in Europe and Australia.

Sony Ericsson XPERIA X1 will be coming soon to Vodafone in United Kingdom in October. Vodafone Music in UK. Vodafone has just launched music download store for the UK market. It will allow users to preview a 30 second clip before opting to purchase. Singles will retail at £0.99 per download, amd Albums will sell for 7.99 pounds. As to what will happen with MusicStation, it is somewhat different, Currently users pay 1.99 pounds per week and can download an unlimited number of songs.
