LG KC910 officially announced. The successor of Viewty, the KC910 has been officially announced by LG. At 14mm thickness, LG KC910 is claimed by LG as the slimmest 8MP phone on the market. This mobile phone features a 8-megapixel camera, Dolby sound for music, and DivX and XviD support for video playback, Xenon flash, Schneider-Kreuznach lens, ISO up to 1600 and can capture video in VGA resolution (640×480 pixels) at 30fps and in QVGA (320×240 pixels) at up to 120fps for slow motion effect.
LG KC910 also sports GSM / 7.2 Mbps HSDPA support, Bluetooth 2.0, WiFi, GPS (for geo-tagging), TV-out, 8GB of internal memory that is further expandable with microSD memory cards. This cellphone will come to the market in October 2008.

EISA Award for Samsung G810. Samsung SGH-G810 has been awarded the ‘European Photo Phone 2008-2009′ by the European Imaging and Sound Association (EISA). The Convergence Panel of EISA said it voted for Samsung’s G810 because of the superior image quality.

Sony Ericsson C905 Cyber-shot official. Following on the previous post, Sony Ericsson C905 Shiho + 8.1 megapixels camera!, This 8.1 megapixel Cyber-shot slider-style cellphone with Project Capuchin API is now official. The C905 is the first phone to support Sony Ericsson’s Project Capuchin API and takes the number of phones supporting Sony Ericsson’s Java Platform 8 (JP-8) and the Mobile Services Architecture (MSA) umbrella standard (JSR 248) to 15. Sony Ericsson’s Project Capuchin technology is a Java ME API and associated tools that define a bridge between the Java ME and Adobe Flash Lite programming environments.
