GIGABYTE GSmart MS802, MS808, MS820 Smartphones announced at Computex. Three new Windows Mobile smartphones were announced by GIGABYTE at this year's Computex show in Taipei, Taiwan. They are 3.5G Windows Mobile PDA phones with brand new mobile TV and GPS series. GSmart will also be introducing the exclusive Smart Touch graphic user interface and G-Sensor applications with the aim of promoting user friendliness. MS808 is the world's first 3.5G mobile TV phone supporting DVB-T, DVB-H, T-DMB, ISDB-T, and GPS. Also on show are HSPDA GPS devices, MS800, MS802 and MS820.

All GSmart phone models launched in 2008 will feature Smart Touch to offer users an easy-to-use interface. As GSmart uses modularized platforms, where all major features including modem (HSDPA, WCDMA, EDGE), TV, GPS/AGPS, and storage become optional, all its 2008 models are available in both 3.5G and EDGE. Buyers will have the freedom to choose different feature combinations to target market needs.

+ GSmart MS802, this smartphone is a successor of the earlier MS800 model. It runs Windows Mobile 6 Professional, and among other things packs a 520 MHz CPU, WiFi, Bluetooth, and 3.5G support. Additionally, EDGE version will also be released and will be called GSmart MW702.
+ GSmart MS808 model is designed with mobile TV. There's GPS on-board, 3.5G support, Marvell's PXA310 624 MHz, 2.8-inch touchscreen display that supports virtually every mobile TV standard out there — including DVB-T, DVB-H, T-DMB, and ISDB-T. This mobile phone runs Windows Mobile 6.1.
+ GSmart MS820 is the 2008 Taiwan Excellence Silver Award Winner, and its EDGE version - MW720. This cellphone is powered by a 520 MHz CPU. It sports a 2.8-inch touchscreen, a 3 megapixel camera, Windows Mobile 6.1, and WiFi. MS820 features the exclusive motion-sensing G-Sensor applications and games, and Smart Touch graphic user interface.
