Motorola Renew W233, Tundra VA76r and MOTOSURF A3100 unveiled. Motorola has unveiled three new phones: Moto Renew W233, Tundra VA76r and MOTOSURF A3100.

+ Motorola MOTO W233 Renew is the world’s first mobile phone made using plastics comprised of recycled water bottles. When designing the packaging, Motorola was able to reduce its size by 22 percent and the box and all of the materials inside are printed on 100 percent post-consumer recycled paper. In addition, a postage-paid recycling envelope in box makes it easy to return your previous mobile phone for recycling at no cost. The mobile phone comes with a dual-band 850/1900 GSM/EDGE radios, CrystalTalk audio technology, microSD card slot, and a battery which provides users with up to 9 hours of talk time. Renew will first be available at T-Mobile USA in Q1 2009.

+ Motorola Tundra VA76r
A rugged 3G clamshell device with a tough exterior that can withstand harsh environments that is bound for AT&T’s network. The mobile phone features push-to-talk, CrystalTalk Plus audio enhancement technology that uses a second microphone to filter out and reduce background noise, quad-band GSM/EDGE along with dual-band 850/1900 3G (HSDPA) radio, stereo Bluetooth support, 2 megapixel camera, aGPS, and a microSD memory card slot. Motorola Tundra VA76r will be available for $199.99 after a $50 mail-in-rebate with a two-year contract in AT&T stores and online at www.wireless.att.com on January 13.

+ Motorola MOTOSURF A3100 – a high-speed touch tablet with a fully customizable home screen. This mobile phone comes with Windows Mobile Professional 6.1 OS, 2.8-inch display, quad-band GSM/EDGE, 850/1900/2100 tri-band HSDPA 7.2Mbps 3G, stereo Bluetooth, WiFi, 3 megapixel camera with autofocus and VGA secondary camera, support for 32GB microSD cards, and a-GPS. MOTOSURF A3100 will be available in multiple regions beginning in Q1 2009, including Asia and Latin America.
