Flight Control iPhone Game hits 2 Million Downloads
Firemint’s air traffic control iPhone game Flight Control has hit the 2 million paid downloads mark – that’s over 6,000 sales per day on average. On Christmas Day 2009, that number went up to 20,000 copies. The mobile game is not the first title that has surpassed 2 million units in sales – Pocket God was the first application in the iTunes App Store to do so.

Flight Control is a delightful action/strategy game for iPhone and iPod Touch that is as simple as it is wickedly addictive. Touch and drag your aircraft to their landing zones, and avoid mid-air collisions. It sounds easy, but as more and more planes arrive you will need smart strategy, keen eyes and a smooth steady-as-she-goes touch!
