Windows Mobile 6.5.3 to be released for Xperia X2, No WM7

Xperia X2 software support schedule has been announced. In March, Sony Ericsson will upgrade its Xperia X2's OS Windows Mobile from 6.5.1 to 6.5.2 (which will improve both the stability and usability of the device). The WM 6.5.2 will bring video calling, FM radio, and faster GPS locking. The upgrade will improve speed, usability and fix any bugs.

Then in May, The second update (Windows Mobile 6.5.3) will come to the Xperia X2, which is a significant upgrade in terms of usability, performance, power management and the browser experience. In addition, Sony Ericsson also says that Windows Mobile 7 won’t support the hardware.
