Sony Ericsson XPERIA X8, Yendo with Walkman, Cedar GreenHeart phone announced

Sony Ericsson has announced the Xperia X8, Yendo with Walkman, and the Cedar.

Sony Ericsson XPERIA X8 comes with a 3.2MP camera, A-GPS, Wi-Fi, 3-inch 320 x 480 touchscreen, 600 MHz processor, 128 MB RAM, and FM Radio. The XPERIA X8 supports GSM GPRS/EDGE 850/900/1800/1900, UMTS HSPA 900/2100 and UMTS HSPA 800/850/1900/2100. Sony Ericsson XPERIA X8 will be available in selected markets from Q3 in the colours White, Dark Blue/ White, Aqua Blue/ White, Pink/ White, Silver/ White.

Sony Ericsson Yendo with Walkman features a 2MP camera, a 2.6-inch 320 x 240 touchscreen, 720 MHz processor, 5 MB memory, microSD card slot, and also a 3.5 mm headphone jack. Music – jam-packed with Walkman phone features, including Touch TrackID, MediaGo and PlayNow. The Sony Ericsson Yendo with Walkman supports GSM GPRS/EDGE Rx 850/1900 and GSM GPRS/EDGE Rx 900/1800. The Sony Ericsson Yendo with Walkman will be available in selected markets from Q3 in the colours: Black, Blue, Green, Orange, Pink, Purple, Red, Silver, White and Yellow.

Sony Ericsson Cedar is an affordable GreenHeart phone coming with 3G, 2MP camera, 2.2-inch display, and FM radio. In line with the company’s GreenHeart commitment, Sony Ericsson Cedar features various green credentials such as recycled plastics, a low power consumption charger, an e-manual, waterborne paint and compact packaging. The phone is perfect for businesses that are looking for a green alternative as it offers push mail, Bluetooth connectivity and HSDPA. The Sony Ericsson Cedar supports UMTS HSDPA 2100 and GSM GPRS/EDGE 850/900/1800/1900, UMTS HSDPA 850/1900/2100 and EDGE 850/900/1800/1900.
