Android 2.1 Eclair firmware for Motorola Cliq available for download

Motorola has officially released a new firmware update for the Cliq. This is a software upgrade for T-Mobile-Motorola CLIQ users who are currently using Android 1.5 (Cupcake) software versions. The 2.1.5 upgrade for Motorola CLIQ provides new features from Android 2.1(Eclair) and the latest version of MOTOBLUR. All Motorola/T-Mobile USA CLIQ users can download this Android 2.1 Eclair firmware update.

After downloading and installing the software upgrade, you will notice: enhanced home screen, widget enhancements, new widgets, messaging enhancements, push corporate email and corporate directory, updated Google mobile services, Google Maps updates, connected music player, consolidated media gallery, task manager.
