Huawei MediaPad tablet - World's first 7-inch Android 3.2 Honeycomb Dual-Core Tablet

For those of you waiting and searching for more 7-inch Android-based tablets, the Huawei MediaPad has been announced. It's the world's first 7-inch Android 3.2 Honeycomb dual-core tablet. Coming with Qualcomm's dual-core 1.2GHz processor, the device boasts a 7-inch IPS touch screen, 5MP auto focus rear facing camera with HD video recording capabilities, a 1.3MP front facing camera, HD playback, HDMI port, HSPA+ 14.4Mbps, and high-speed WiFi 802.11n Internet connectivity. The MediaPad also supports Flash 10.3 videos and comes preinstalled with applications such as Facebook, Twitter, Let's Golf and Documents to Go.

The MediaPad will be showcased at Huawei's "Smart for Transformation" booth at CommunicAsia 2011 in Singapore. The 7-inch Huawei MediaPad will be available in selected markets this year.
