Facebook has announced a new messaging app called Messenger for Android and iPhone. With Messenger, you can send and receive messages with any of your friends or anyone in your mobile contacts list. The Messenger app from FB is an extension of Facebook messages, so all your conversations are in one place, including your texts, chats, emails and messages.

Whether you're on your phone or on the web, you can see the full history of all your messages.
