Motorola Flipside Android 2.2 Froyo firmware update

Motorola has released Android 2.2 Froyo firmware update for the Flipside smartphone. Users must be on the latest version of Android 2.1 software To check Software version go to Menu >> Settings >> About Phone >> System version Version.1.23.20.MB508.ATT.en.US.

As usual, if you do install the firmware update, be sure to backup your Motorola Flipside and take all necessary precautions before you start. The new Android 2.2 Froyo firmware update needs approximately 100 MB of free space in microSD card, 40MB free internal phone storage space, and a fully charged Motorola Flipside with MOTOBLUR and an active SIM card.
