In addition to T-Mobile individual or family plan contract extensions, customers can now establish a new individual service plan with T-Mobile, with the option to keep the telephone number from their previous service provider. Nokia and T-Mobile USA have announced the upcoming availability of the Nokia 5230 Nuron.
Nokia 5230 Nuron comes with a 3.2-inch screen 640×360 pixels, GPS, 2MP camera, 3.5 mm headphone jack, and 1320 mAh battery.
The Nokia 5230 Nuron is expected to be available for $69.99 with 2-year contract in the coming weeks in select T-Mobile retail stores and online at http://www.t-mobile.com.
A device similar to the “superphone” by Google, Nexus One has passed the FCC with dual-band CDMA EVDO radios. The FCC documents describes the model number is PB99300, which is very similar to Nexus One, PB9910. There is a strong probability that the new HTC phone is the CDMA version of the Nexus One. The device is at the FCC, meaning we could see it hitting some U.S. operator’s portfolio (Verizon?) in the near future.

T-Mobile UK has announced the latest addition to its market-leading Android range: the T-Mobile Pulse Mini. The device is the sixth Android smartphone for the network and follows the Samsung Galaxy Portal (i5700) and LG InTouchMax (GW620) announced last month.

T-Mobile UK and iSkoot have announced that they are trialling iSkoot Notifier, a free social media application that allows customers in the United Kingdom to simplify their mobile social networking with a single app. The iSkoot’s “Notifier” application delivers integrated access to Facebook, MySpace, Twitter & live news feeds.
Notifier provides access to over 50 customer-selected feeds in news, sports and entertainment. Customers can easily view and manage their social networks and news alerts through live feeds and real-time notifications. When customers sign in to Notifier, they can easily view friends’ activity, news feeds, status updates and new photos. Customers can directly post new status messages and tweets, send comments and messages, and receive updates from their preferred news sources through a single stream on their mobile phone in real time.
