Garmin Nuvifone delayed until 2009

Garmin Nuvifone delayed until 2009. Garmin said it will delay until next year the launch of its first smart phone and lowered its full-year outlook due to slower-than-expected sales of Global Positioning System devices.

We arent' sure whether this is related to the previous rumor that Garmin Nuvifone to be manufactured by ASUS, and recent report about Asus ZX1 Lamborghini, P560, M536 canceled. First the release of Nuvifone was expected in Q3 2008, then a delay to the fourth quarter and now not until mid 2009. Yeah, Bad news for us who're looking foward to this smartphone. Stay tuned.
