Microsoft makes NVIDIA Tegra-based smartphone? A new report says that a new Microsoft phone, powered by Nvidia is in the works.

nVidia Tegra 650 Mobile Processor is expected to integrate an ARM CPU, a HD video processor, an imaging processor, an audio processor, and an ultra-low power GeForce GPU in to a mobile chip that is “up to 10 times” more efficient than the competition. The phone is slated to be announced at 3GSM this coming February 2009.
