Facebook 3.0 app submitted to the AppStore

Good news, According to BGR, Facebook 3.0 has just been submitted to the App Store. Unfortunately the Facebook 3.0 lacks push notifications, it will probably be included in the upcoming Facebook 3.1.

+ "Like"
+ Events (including the ability to RSVP)
+ Notes, Pages
+ Photos; create new photo albums, upload photos to any album, zoom, easier tagging, profile Pictures albums
+ A new home screen for easy access to all your stuff, search, and notifications
+ Ability to add favorite contacts and pages to the home screen
+ Improved notifications (they link to the comments so you can reply right away)
+ You can call or text people right from the Friends page
+ Messages you are typing will be restored if you quit or are interrupted by a phone call
