Windows phones + Windows Mobile 6.5 to launch October 6th

Good news for WM-fans, Windows phones are coming on October 6th along with the new Windows Mobile 6.5 OS. HTC, HP, Toshiba, LG, Samsung will bring new Windows phones to North America through AT&T, Sprint, Verizon, Telus, and Bell. Acer, HTC, LG, Samsung, Sony Ericsson and Toshiba will bring new Windows phones to Europe through Orange, Deutsche Telekom AG and Vodafone.

HTC, LG, and Samsung will bring new Windows phones to Latin America through TIM Brazil, and In Asia Pacific, Acer, HTC, LG, Samsung, Sony Ericsson and Toshiba will bring new Windows phones via NTT DOCOMO, SOFTBANK, SK Telecom, Telstra and WILLCOM.
