Samsung Blue Earth to launch in Sweden this month

Samsung's eco-friendly solar Blue Earth phone will be launched in Sweden this month, other places — including France, Germany, Austria, Italy, Portugal and more European and Asian countries — will follow shortly.

As you may already know, the handset is made of recycled PCM plastic and comes with solar panel, HSDPA support. As for the UI, it will feature a pedometer and tell you how much CO2 you’re not using by driving, and thus how many trees you’re saving by walking.
