Bank of America and Visa to bring mobile payments

Bank of America and Visa to bring mobile payments
According to Reuters, Bank of America and Visa are teaming up to start trials of mobile phone payments in the New York next month. Visa will supply small chips that users can install into their smartphones. By waving their smartphones near the point-of-sale devices in stores, users can then complete transactions. Visa also plans to conduct a similar test program with US Bancorp in October.
