Sony Ericsson Xperia Neo has been spotted at Amazon.de with a price tag of 345 EUR. The mobile phone comes with Android 2.3 OS, a 3.7-inch FWVGA scratch-resistant display with Bravia Engine technology, 8MP camera with auto-focus and HD video recording capability, Qualcomm’s 1GHz Scorpion CPU, HDMI out, HSPA, and also WiFi. Starting this month, the Xperia Neo by Sony Ericsson is expected to be available not only in Germany, but also in other European countries.
