Like its big brother, Rapid Solution Software AG's Audials Android App focuses on specializing in free music via online radio stations. With Audials for Android you can listen to and record music from over 50.000 radio stations from all around the world. The Audials Android app is available for download FREE in the Android Market in the Music & Audio category.

For those who haven't yet heard of it, you can use the Android app to listen to your favorite radio stations where ever you are. According to the press release, Monitoring more than 50,000 internet radios, Audials’ first Android release reached the top spot for all Android radio apps. This free app benefits from many years of experience in developing the leading radio recording software for Windows. As a result, this freeware provides many more features than other radio apps.

You can easily find the best radio stations by location or genre. The Audials app provides various features for finding radio stations. Users can choose radio stations by entering the name of a country, city, genre or artist. The station selected can be tuned into immediately via the radio-player, showing the station’s logo and even the album covers. With the “zapping” function, you can switch radio stations within a genre, e.g. to listen to the station that is playing your favorite song.

Starting with Version 2, Audials can directly be installed by smartphones using the Google's Android operating system.
