Deutsche Telekom partners with Wandera

New partnership enhances Enterprise Mobility Portfolio of Deutsche Telekom -- Wandera’s Secure Mobile Gateway now extended to Deutsche Telekom`s international business customers

Deutsche Telekom has announced a strategic partnership with Wandera to deliver its mobile gateway services to Deutsche Telekom`s business customers. The integration will enable their customers to secure, control and manage mobile data usage across employee devices. This solution is at the same time part of Deutsche Telekom´s MobileIron Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) ecosystem further enhancing the EMM capabilities of Deutsche Telekom.

The partnership comes at a time when businesses are increasingly pursuing a “Mobile First” strategy to achieve higher productivity by mobilising business processes and applications to enable the mobile workforce conducting business anytime from anywhere.

Wandera’s Secure Mobile Gateway, now delivered by Deutsche Telekom, is a mobile first cloud solution that offers core services such as mobile threat prevention, intelligent policy control and data compression to increase productivity, eliminate bill shock and cut data usage to reduce spend.
